European transport company Norfolkline and Eurote announce that agreement has been reached for Norfolkline to acquire the total shareholding of Euroute Holding AB, Sweden.
Eurote is one of the largest privately owned Swedish transport companies operating a fleet of about 800 trailers.
It employs 109 people and has offices in Germany, the UK and Sweden with its head office in Goteborg.
The agreement is in line with the overall strategy of both parties to strengthen their position in the Scandinavian market. The services of both companies will be marketed separately under the existing names of Norfolkline and Eurote.
