Every spring, restaurants and retailers bring out limited time seafood promotions for the Lenten season. This year, Lent falls later than usual -- it's from March 1 to April 16 -- which is "always good for business," Long John Silver's VP of Marketing Marilyn Nicholson told IntraFish.
