Seafood demos in supermarkets are a tried-and-true way to sell more fish and shellfish. But as we all know, there are effective demos and demos that are duds or, worse, complete backfires. What makes an effective seafood demo in a grocery store?

Well, that can vary between stores depending on customer demographics and a host of other factors, but there are some do’s and don’ts that if implemented properly can significantly increase your chances of creating a successful product sampling demo that will boost your seafood sales.
