Nordanfiskur, a subsidiary of HB Grandi, is introducing a new chilled fish range at retail called "Fish for Dinner".
Icelanders can now buy easy-to-cook fresh fish products from the fish aisle in consumer-friendly packaging, HB Grandi said in a release.
The new range covers species such as Arctic char, golden redfish, salmon, haddock and cod.
"It is hoped that this will help increase the consumption of Icelandic fish while increasing knowledge of species such as golden redfish and how it is a good fish to eat,” said Vilhjálmur Vilhjálmsson, CEO of HB Grandi.
