Gorton's launched a new line of fish with sauce, its latest entrant into an expanding category of value-added seafood.
The line includes: Honey Mustard Tenders, made with breaded pollock tenders and two packets of honey mustard sauce that can be used as a dip, toss or glaze; Sweet Chili Tenders, with breaded pollock and two packets of sweet chili sauce; and Buffalo Shrimp, a wild-caught, tail-off breaded shrimp offering with a packet of mildly spicy buffalo sauce.
