German supplier followfood has unveiled a one year commercial tie-in for its followfish lines of tuna salad with leading German women's magazine Brigitte.

The move is the company's latest marketing push for its Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) Natural Fair Trade Indian curry, Mexican and Italian salad lines.

German drugstore DM launched the products in 1,900 of its stores last August.

"Brigitte has great credibility in the field of healthy nutrition and is therefore the ideal cooperation partner for us to make our products and brand even better known, said Jürg Knoll, managing director at followfood.
