Three-hundred years in business and the distinction of being an official fishmonger to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II are two great reasons to celebrate. And that’s exactly what the folks at RR. Spink & Sons are planning to do.

The company is marking its 300-year anniversary by launching a limited edition of 300 smoked trout fillets, retailing for £300 ($460) each, at a luxury food and drink retailer, whose identity will be revealed in the coming months.

In addition, the seafood supplier is partnering with Michelin-starred seafood chef Mark Sargeant; he will become an ambassador for the firm’s smoked trout.
