Federal prosecutors must produce more specific details to support their felony charge that allege former Bumble Bee CEO Chris Lischewski carried out a conspiracy by agreeing to fix prices of shelf-stable tuna during meetings and through other communications with co-conspirators, who issued price announcements and pricing guidance in accordance with these agreements.

On Wednesday, a California district Court granted a motion from Lischewski’s legal team compelling the government within the next 10 days to produce a “Bill of Particulars” specifying: “Acts in furtherance of the charged conspiracy that took place in 2013, within the statute of limitations period; and the identities of co-conspirators and when they participated in the conspiracy.”
