FISHERY Products International (FPI) has introduced Corona beer-battered seafood to its range.
Originally developed for Dave & Busters, a 33-unit US restaurant and entertainment complex, the products are now available to operators nationwide.
The range includes 2, 4 and 8oz (57, 113 and 227g) natural cut IQF cod portions and 35-45 count/lb (78-100 count/kg) tail-off IQF shrimp. Both products can be deep-fried in between three and ten minutes depending on size.
FPI has also developed a series of merchandising materials to promote Corona beer battered seafood including table tents, waiter badges, menu inserts and coasters.
