The founder and CEO of Bambinos Baby Food has created frozen, organic meals for infants and children from seafood such as halibut and salmon -- and the industry is taking note.
The relatively unknown Alaska company beat out bigwigs such as Ocean Beauty and Trident Seafoods to nab the Alaska Fisheries Development Foundation (AFDF) Symphony of Seafood People's Choice Award earlier this year.
