The ideal summertime cookout pairing includes lobster and corn — so why not combine the two to make the ultimate summer comfort food?
That’s the idea Greenpoint Fish & Lobster co-owners Adam Geringer-Dunn and Vincent “Vinny” Milburn had, and they launched the lobster corn dog this July 4th weekend at their one-year-old Brooklyn, New York restaurant and retail shop.
“It’s just an idea we’ve been kicking around,” Geringer-Dunn told Seafood International. “We wanted to think of something unique and sort of novel.
