UK frozen food manufacturer Birds Eye Walls has taken delivery of its 14th C90 carton closer from MY Cartons - Packing Systems, formerly Bonar Automation.
This machine, the latest C90 compact 200, has been installed at Birds Eye Wall's Hull factory to close cartons for the company's Cod in Sauce and Curry and Rice products.
MY Cartons - Packing Systems' space-saving three-flap carton closer is capable of handling up to 200 cartons per minute.
Size change can be achieved in less than three minutes, an important feature for Birds Eye Walls because of the different product sizes - 170g cod in sauce and 375g curry and rice - which will be run on the same machine.
