What if the most important overlooked market is not bound together by age, income or location -- but by values and beliefs?
Danish aquaculture feed giant BioMar Group explores that idea in its latest sustainability report, which says these individuals consume based on a "lifestyle of health and sustainability," and labels the sector LOHAS.
"LOHAS is not only a cluster of influential consumers and target groups, it also offers a definition of the market for products and services that these individuals prefer," BioMar said.
