Associated Seafoods’ Marks and Spencer (M&S) Twice Smoked Scottish Salmon is on the shortlist as a finalist at the North East Scotland Food and Drink Awards 2018.

The smoked salmon is battling it out in the "Most Successful Product from the 2017" category.

M&S Twice Smoked Scottish Salmon is produced using a smoking technique where the salmon is carefully dry cured in salt and then twice smoked for flavor and texture.

Last year, Twice Smoked Scottish Salmon won the M&S Food Group Innovation Award in recognition of the development work behind the product and its subsequent strong sales performance.
