Do Americans downplay the importance of having sufficient levels of omega-3 fatty acids?
Recently-released research from the Global Organization for EPA and DHA Omega-3s (GOED) shows that more than one-third of adults in the United States have had some sort of a heart health scare, but many have not changed their diets in order to combat future scares.
According to the research, a giant 66% of Americans surveyed did not begin taking supplements, such as omega-3 pills, and 46% did not change their diets at all.
