Just a month after announcing the launch of its salmon dumplings this fall, the Alaskan Jack's Seafood Corporation announced a brand-new product to be launched in October: the bacon-flavored salmon burger.

"Everything tastes better with bacon," Mike Klein, vice president of integrated services for Alaskan Jack's, told IntraFish.

"It's another flavor extension to a line of products that was introduced in the spring and summer of this year as part of our summer grilling promotion."
