US restaurant chain Luby's is rolling out its Lenten menu, featuring three entrée choices: Beer-Battered Fish & Chips, Shrimp Creole and Blackened Catfish Etouffee over Dirty Rice. The entree are available from Feb. 10 through March 27.

Luby's operates 179 restaurants nationalwide: 93 Luby's Cafeterias, 77 Fuddruckers, eight Cheeseburger in Paradise and one Bob Luby's Seafood Grill.
