FURUNO is launching a new colour fish finder, the FCV-295, which is essentially a flat screen replacement for the popular FCV-291 employing the most up-to-date technology.
The new set will be launched officially on 1 October, and Furuno fishing sales chief Bruce Hardy said there was already a lot of interest in the FCV-295, which is ideal for typical UK trawlers/scallopers of up to around 75ft.
A couple of sets have already been ordered, although not fitted yet, by west coast of Scotland owners.
