Norwegian operator Magnus Ytterstad has taken delivery of a new pelagic vessel built at the Besiktas yard at Yalova, not far from Istanbul in Turkey. The new vessel is the fifth to carry the M Ytterstad name in a series that began in 1957 with a 35m boat. Today the company operates the 75m, 1996-built Rødholmen, which underwent a complete rebuild several years ago, in addition to the new M Ytterstad which is expected to start fishing on capelin and blue whiting.
