Renamed Sustain PD 378 by Skipper Michael Buchan following extensive conversion work on a pair seiner undertaken at Peterhead, the 28m former German trawler Angela SC 26 is the first addition to the Scottish white fish fleet for four years.
Coming at a time when processors have been voicing concerns over recent low supply levels of white fish, the significance of Sustain's departure for the North Sea grounds last week to pair seine with John Buchan's Fairline should not be undervalued.
