SWEDEN'S largest fish fillet freezing factory is now using a Dantech Food Systems spiral freezer, the company tells FNI .
Baltic and Barents Sea cod fillets and other species at the rate of up to 1.5 tons an hour are being frozen in the spiral at the factory at Varberg.
"The owners liked the way we designed the machine to keep the products on the belt at the same angle throughout the process. Fillets are kept straight throughout freezing, " says the company's Henrik Ziegler.
