With the Fishermen’s Mission flag flying proudly from the foremast and the crew sporting matching Mission t-shirts, Skipper Jimmy Buchan’s twin-rig trawler Amity II left Peterhead on Sunday evening at the start of a three-day steam to London where the well known trawler will be berthed in St Katharine’s Dock from 2-4 June, reports David Linkie.

Before sailing, Skipper Jimmy Buchan welcomed aboard Carlyn Johnson and Sara Macgregor from the family run business Frankies of Brae, Shetland, the most northerly fish and chip shop in Britain.
