The Russian Fishery Company presented its investment projects for the construction of super trawlers, a coastal Russian pollock factory and crab catching vessels to Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese counterpart President Xi Jinping this week at the Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok.
Russian Fishery plans to build seven super trawlers, six of which will be built under a program of investment in quotas.
Large-capacity trawler-processors are designed to catch more than 50,000 metric tons a year.
