ROD BAKER, designer and builder of the well-known Offshore 105 high performance workboat for over 20 years, has sold the building rights and moulds for the Offshore 105 and Offshore 25 to Venture Offshore Ltd, owned by Philip Mitchell and Grahame Knott.
Rod Baker's Port Isaac boat building firm has built well over 600 of the Offshore craft in the 20 years that the firm has been operating and the styles have ranged from full commercial fishing boats to charter angling and diving craft.
