ROBERT Buchan’s four year old grand-daughter Atlanta, with her mum Elaine Patterson, cut the ribbons to name the new 14m scalloper/trawler Radiance FR 1 at Macduff last Saturday afternoon, supported by a large crowd of family and friends from north east Scotland and Northern Ireland, reports David Linkie.
After a morning of torrential rain, the skies lightened shortly before the first guests started to arrive for the naming ceremony, which took place in glorious sunshine, enabling Radiance to reflect her name.
