The former 23m Castletownbere trawler Martha David SO 635 was renamed Glen Tarsan in May at the Holy Loch Marina near Dunoon to mark the start of the vessel's new career as a luxury mini cruise liner operating along the west coast of Scotland, writes David Linkie.
Glen Tarsan joins another former Irish trawler, Ocean Gain T 410, which partners Ken Grant and Andy Thoms of The Majestic Line bought in 2004 and renamed Glen Massan on completion of similar conversion work.
