NEWLY-developed Kaijo ultra-low frequency and high frequency 164 kHZ sonars will detect the first signs of fish when Lunar Bow searches for marks on the grounds.
The Kaijo KCS-3220Z is the first of a new generation of fully stabilised low-frequency sonars to be supplied to Scottish owners.
This sonar has been several years in development and is designed to provide super long-range detection with ultra-high definition of targets. This is achieved by way of a patented transmission system unique to Kaijo.
Woodsons of Aberdeen, Scotland, supplied, installed and commissioned her package of electronics, and the wheelhouse includes a communication office and a day area to port for relaxing.
