There have been a number of ownership changes among the larger class of vessel in recent months.
One of the first of these transactions involved the departure from Fraserburgh of the 60m pelagic vessel Conquest FR 225, which the Klondyke Fishing Company sold to Bergen-based Hufthammer AS.
Now renamed Vesterveg, Conquest is a replacement for the 52m purser Vesterveg H345-AV (ex-Warwick Bay and Decca Scanner) the name of which has been transferred to Conquest. Kopervik Slip AS delivered the Cat 1740kWengined dual-purpose purser/midwater trawler Conquest to Fraserburgh in 1996.
