A new Kingfisher Fastcatch potter recently left Falmouth by road bound for the port of Kinlochbervie, near the base of her owners Sutherland Game and Shellfish Ltd in Lairg, writes Phil Lockley.
Now crewed by Skipper Kevin Morrisson and one crewman, Gunner's Glory II has already proved successful at lobster creel fishing, part of her 12 months cycle of targeting a variety of fresh shellfish.
She is replacing a Kingfisher K24, fitted out by Seaway Marine, called Gunner's Glory.
Gunner's Glory II recorded a top speed of 25.1
