Seattle-area seafood firm the Fishing Company of Alaska has sold its three factory trawlers and catch quotas to Ocean Peace and O’Hara Corporation, the Seattle Times reported Monday.

Ocean Peace told the newspaper it will purchase two Fishing Company of Alaska vessels, while O'Hara will acquire the other vessel and half the quota.
