The new Mabon III is a sister vessel of the Cayola, delivered a year ago to a similar partnership.
Mabon III is designed by Bureau Mauric and Piriou as a venture towards renewal of the French coastal fleet with new methods and improved levels of safety and comfort for the crew.
It is designed for primarily seine netting, but with capacity for demersal and pelagic trawling as alternative fishing methods.
The new vessel is built entirely at the Piriou yard in Concarneau and measures 21.90m
