UK-based seafood wholesaler Sykes Seafood inked a deal to acquire the Dutch shrimp firm Klaas Puul, the company confirmed for IntraFish.
Klaas Puul -- the shrimp processing and marketing subsidiary of the Dutch Seafood Company (DSC) -- will create a €300 million ($333 million) seafood business together with Sykes Seafood.
