Colorado-based Seattle Fish Company has been sold to Armand Agra, a subsidiary of Canada-based Founders Group of Food Companies.

Seattle Fish said there won't be changes to its operations that will affect its business.

"We think of our customers first and make decisions with them in mind," said Seattle Fish CEO Derek Figueroa. He said the company will be retaining 100 percent of its staff as part of the transition.

"We are grateful for their continued business and are confident that our transfer of ownership will be seamless for all customers."
