California-based seafood processor and distributor Santa Monica Seafood has closed on a purchase agreement for the equity interest in its Ethos Seafood Group division that had previously been owned by an outside, unaffiliated group. Santa Monica Seafood now owns 100 percent of Ethos Seafood.
“With this transaction now complete, all of our divisions and operations are now fully owned," said Santa Monica Seafood President and CEO Roger O'Brien.
