Ben Tommy Erisksen, research and development director with land-based salmon farmer Andfjord Salmon, bought 350,000 shares in the company for NOK 10.5 million (€1 million/$1.2 million) from the largest shareholder through his company NorNet.
Andfjord Holding, the largest shareholder in the land-based salmon farmer, is controlled by founder and chairman Roy Pettersen.
Following the transaction, Pettersen's stake dropped to 19.67
