Troubled Pacific Andes International Holdings on Wednesday informed its shareholders it will delay the publication of its 2016 financial results for the year ended Sept. 28.
The group was required to publish the accounts no later than Dec. 28, and to send the report to shareholders on or before Jan. 28, 2017.
However, as previously disclosed, the independent review committee of the company, through its legal advisor RSM Corporate Advisory (Hong Kong) Limited is still reviewing the financial aspects of the group.
