Pacific Andes is being accused of being involved with trade finance fraud over its acquisition of Copeinca back in August 2013, according to court documents.

William Brandt Jr, the trustee overseeing the bankruptcy case of China Fishery, said he had been the recipient of several reports and other follow on materials prepared by consultancy firm FTI Consulting in connection with their appointments in the British Virgin Islands -- collectively, well more than 300 pages of materials and exhibits.

These reports, materials, and exhibits would seem to indicate there are intimations and indications of fraud on the part of several of these entities with respect to the procuring of trade finance, said the documents.
