Old Pescanova, a company whose only activity is the shareholding of 20 percent of Nueva Pescanova, posted zero earnings corresponding to the third quarter of the financial year of 2015-2016.
As the company doesn’t have commercial activity since the buyout from seven creditor banks in November 2015, Old Pescanova reported an income of €574,000 ($642,134) during the quarter, responding to an annual pay by Nueva Pescanova granted to the company in the segregation agreements.
