Fish health company Aakerblaa Group has entered into an agreement to buy the remaining 51 percent of the shares in Marin Health.
Both parties will exist as their own companies, but will enter into close cooperation.
Aakerblaa's fish health, environmental and technical department in Northern Norway will establish joint office facilities with Marin Health in Alta, Tromso and Harstad.
"This is a good solution for the two companies and the Norwegian aquaculture industry," said Aakerblaa CEO Roger Sorensen.
