In 2015 Hofseth International notched up sales of NOK 1.4 billion (€150.4 million/$169.9 million) and posted operating profit of NOK 51 million (€5.5 million/$6.2 million).
However, while sales revenue is up 3.8 percent from 2014, operating profit is down 52.6 percent.
“The difference in the result is due mainly to that operating profit in 2014 includes profit gained from the sale of machines in connection with a sale/re-let agreement that was entered into in 2014”, according to the company’s annual report.
Hofseth International is engaged in value-added processing, and sales and distribution of salmon and trout.
