Magnus Roth sells out Karat, Ocean Trawlers shares

Magnus Roth, the Swedish co-founder of Norebo Holdings, the parent of Ocean Trawlers Holding and Karat Group fishing companies, has sold his shares to partner and co-founder Vitaly Orlov.

“Now we can confirm that the deal is closed," Sergei Sennikov, a spokesman for Karat told IntraFish.

As part of Roth's sale, Orlov, a Russian citizen, increased his stake in the company and is the majority shareholder, the spokesman said, adding that the deal was, "rather complicated."

Norebo continues to hold all shares in the companies.
