Italian foodservice group Marr snaps up seafood distributor

Marr is planning to enhance its presence in fresh seafood products, which in 2019 accounted for more than €100 million in sales.

The acquisition also includes Verrini's Chef Seafood operation, which distributes fresh and frozen seafood products to the high-end restaurant sector.
