Grimbsy-based Icelandic Seachill, the owner of the Saucy Fish Co brand and the last remaining food business of Icelandic Group, is being prepared for sale and will be put on the market “within weeks," reports The Grocer.

Last week, Icelandic Group announced the sale of its Belgian subsidiary Gadus to Iceland­-based Steinasalir.

The Gadus sale followed the sale of Ny-Fiskur to Nesfiskur in December last year, and the sale of Icelandic Iberica to Solo Seafood in September.
