The Domstein Group improved sales in 2015 but still lost money due to high restructuring costs.
"Last year was the first complete year of operation since restructuring of the group," the company wrote in its annual report. "The result was impacted by high restructuring costs."
During 2015, group administration was adjusted to the new structure and, beginning this year, is now concentrated in Maloy, Norway.
The move will result in considerably lower costs in 2016, according to the company.
Domstein Sjømat, the largest company in the group, supplies fresh seafood throughout Norway.
