Old Pescanova said a commercial court in Pontevedra, Spain, dismissed a claim filed by Nueva Pescanova on compensation, reports El Boletin.
The lawsuit was filed for alleged advantages obtained by Pescanova after the merger and double segregation deal.
All the main claims against the shareholders of the former Pescanova were dismissed.
