India, Andhra Pradesh-based Avanti Feeds is looking at an improving business ahead after it posted lackluster results in the full financial year of 2016, reports The Economic Times.

The government's initiative to grow fish and seafood exports by 20 percent bodes well for the company, which earns 85 percent of its revenue by selling shrimp feed, in addition to shrimp processing.

Increased processing capacity, falling raw material prices amid rising shrimp prices in the export market will support profitability, the news outlet said.
