In addition, fish and seafood is now more readily eaten than ever before, driven by better category management, increased travel, more adventurous and health-minded consumers and innovation by 'de-skilling' in the home.
Fish and seafood consumption is set to increase, a trend titled as the 'protein surge' by Glenn.
