Let’s be clear....
"If you want to make money -- come to Ghana!" said the fish farmer and reverend prince Adeblorh Dugah.
Dugah, who runs the tilapia producer National Fish Farmers Brigade, brought home that same message at regular intervals during his speech.
“Aquaculture such as I have seen it is far ahead of investments [such as oil],” Dugah said. The returns in aquaculture in Ghana, he said, are high and create large number of jobs.
