You’ve certainly hit on a trend with your article on the explosion of poke in the US.

These days I’m splitting my time between Austin, Texas, and Portland, Oregon, and both cities have just seen dedicated poke restaurants open within the past month!

I’m afraid, however, that your call to action from the seafood industry will ruin everything great about this trend.

I love seafood, and I love to eat poke.
