When we released our exclusive IntraFish Seafood Branding Report 2016 in January, we didn’t know Trident Seafoods, one of the 20 seafood brands analyzed in the report, was working on a major overhaul of its web site and digital presence.

For the landmark report, branding experts from revered US food marketing organization,The Food Group, partnered with IntraFish to analyze these consumer seafood brands to measure the strengths and weaknesses of each.

So, in April, after the launch of its web site, John Salle, Trident's senior vice president of Marketing and Innovation, sent me a note asking if we might be able to have The Food Group take another look at its new digital persona and give some feedback – a before and after analysis of sorts.

Sounded
